Mozingo Bass Tournaments: Nemaha Valley Bassmasters Bass Tournament on May 2

Author: As the 2010 Mozingo Lake fishing season progresses, more and more weekend bass tournaments target this fantastic bass fishery and this coming weekend is no exception.
Nemaha Valley Bassmasters from the southeast Nebraska area will be visiting Mozingo Lake this weekend to hold the first of its Mozingo bass tournaments listed on their 2010 schedule. Tournament hours appear to be 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
Hopefully the weather patterns of late provide drier conditions rather than the never-ending rain falling on the area of late. Eight NVB anglers fished their May 2009 early-season Mozingo event with the winner boating a 5-bass limit weighing 15.2 lbs including the 5.7 lb. big bass.
It will be interesting to see how the first of NVB 2010 Mozingo bass tournaments plays out …
